The BUSA Educational Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3), invites you to celebrate its Sixth Anniversary Benefit on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the heritage Stone Barn at Hermann Farm in Hermann, Missouri.

For the past five years, Chef Bernie Lee of Akar has been at the heart of the BUSA Benefit’s culinary experience at Hermann Farm.

For 2026, Bernie will welcome Chefs Kawakubo and Iwasaki into the kitchen for a special collaborative Benefit Dinner.

Three chefs, different culinary traditions, and one shared belief in the power of hospitality, mentorship, and bringing people together around the table.

We are also honored to welcome Mark Guillaudeu, Master Sommelier, who will have just returned from representing the United States at the ASI Best Sommelier of the World 2026 competition in Lisbon.

Mark’s journey embodies why BUSA exists — to give talented American sommeliers the training, mentorship, and support they need to compete at the highest international level.
