Following their opening-night Japanese camp cooking experience at the Snow Peak Campout, Chefs Bernie Lee and Justin McMillen are coming together once again—this time for an elevated evening at the Stone Barn.

Chef McMillen’s instinctive approach to open-fire cooking and deep respect for seasonality meet Chef Lee’s creativity and global perspective. Drawing inspiration from nearby farms and producers, along with Lee’s Malaysian and Chinese heritage, the two chefs will create a menu that feels both rooted in place and expansive in flavor.
